Within the 32 square miles of Navadvipa, which is Vrindavana, there are nine islands, which form an eight-petaled lotus floating on the water. In the middle of the eight islands, which are the petals, lies Antardvip, and within Antardvipa lies the very center point, Sri Mayapur. The eternal pastimes of Lord Caitanya took place within the area of Mayapur. Because the Panca-tattva are seated at the Yogapitha in Mayapur, it is the most glorious of all places. “ (NDM)

Simply by remembering Navadvipa, one receives the same results that one attains by traveling to all the holy places. Seeing Navadvipa Dhama gives gives ecstatic Krsna-prema birth after birth. "The success of life, especially for the Vaishnavas, is to stay in Navadvipa and worship the Lord by following the path of the people of Vraja. Whatever past karma there may be at once perishes in Navadvipa, for the knot of karma is cut. " (UT)

When will I wander in the beautiful forests of Navadvip, and fall unconscious upon beholding the wonderful, youthful form of Lord Gaura dancing happily with His associates? My life and soul is Lord Gaura's home in Sri Mayapur where He performs His blissful pastimes of youth. The ground is soft to the touch, and it is illuminated with the effulgence of many gems and filled with various playful animals. Splendid trees covered with creepers and fragrant flowers emit pleasing music from their resident birds.” (NS)
