Finding the Nrsimhadev book a great inspiration, I wanted to share it with more devotees. I asked Pankajanghri Prabhu if I could present the book on the internet. In the summer of 2007, He emailed me to say “Yes” and that maybe I would receive more accounts of devotees' experiences with Lord Nrsimhadev. I heard some devotees in the UK had a similar idea and already put the Nrsimhadev book on the web in a few languages. Also another devotee is starting a Nrsimhadev website on Nrsimha Caturdasi. We need to reach as many as possible, to re-awaken their spiritual lives and bring them back to Godhead. There could be unlimited numbers of websites about the pastimes of the Lord, and that would not be enough. In a lecture at Mayapur in 1974, Srila Prabhupada said, "Srila Rupa Goswami states, 'How can I glorify the Lord by chanting His Name and Pastimes? I have only one tongue. If I could possess millions of tongues and trillions of ears, then it would be possible to glorify the Lord to some extent.'"(CCAdi7.4-04Mar74Mayapur) Lord Sesha Naga has been glorifying the pastimes of the Lord forever without repeating himself, and still can't find enough to say about Him. Since the site was started in English, devotees around the world who have been inspired by Pankajanghri Prabhu's book have offered translations in their own languages. Srila Bhaktivinode Thakur prays: "Weeping I will beg Lord Nrsimha that I may worship Radha-Madhava in Navadvip, free from obstacles." --Amogha das <amogha.acbsp@pamho.net> |
